Hello! My name is Mekhi Okobi and I am a born and raised California resident who is currently stationed in San Leandro, CA.
I graduated from San Francsico State University with a Bachelors in Art in May 2023.
I am a Black and queer artist who loves watching comic book movies and cartoons. If I'm not drawing, you'll probably find me playing video games like Bayonetta or Sonic the Hedgehog while also consuming any food or drink that's strawberry flavored.
I'm an illustrator that wants to create works of art that resonates with not only myself, but for anyone who are Black and/or queer. To feel inspired to create and showcase their own works and stories.
